Sometimes, the same product may be offered by different AnyMart suppliers, and will have a different price. The same product may also come with different packages (such as warranty, free gifts, etc.) when sold by different suppliers.
Warranty is offered on many of our products, especially electronics. If warranty is offered, this will be indicated on the product’s page. The length of the warranty will also be shown.
You should approach the relevant service center of the manufacturer/supplier in Myanmar, together with the warranty card.
For products that come with warranty, the warranty card and service center location information are often included with the product(s). If not, please contact us so that we can assist you in location the authorized service center for your product.
The warranty period will start on the day you placed your order. If there are any problems, please contact us via email or phone.

When you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply follow these steps:

- Then, you will need to provide your contact details and delivery address

AnyMart will send you updates about your order regularly. You can also track your order by logging in to your account, and clicking “My Account” (top right hand corner) > “My Orders”.
We try our very best to deliver Yangon orders within 2-3 business days, and other orders within 3-5 business days. However, occasionally, factors out of our control may lead to longer delivery times than usual.

Yes, it is necessary to register for an account to shop on AnyMart. Creating your AnyMart account is fast and easy, or you can simply login with your Facebook account. Having an AnyMart account makes your shopping experience faster, safer and more convenient.

Fraud prevention is of utmost importance to us. We do all that is necessary to make sure that transactions are secure and that your personal details are 100% safe.
If you encounter problems paying with debit/credit card, please first ensure that your card is enabled for online purchases and that there is enough money (or credit limit) for the transaction amount. You can confirm these details with your bank. Certain cards issued by banks outside Myanmar will not be accepted on AnyMart and could be declined. However, you can always pay for your order by Cash on Delivery and pay without hassle when your order reaches your doorstep.

Most items ordered on AnyMart are eligible for our 7-day free return policy. However, some products may not be eligible. This will be stated in the Product’s description.
For products that are eligible under the 7-day free return policy, they need to be in their original condition and packaging, including any tags and seals that may have been attached.
Please kindly note that shipping fees (if any) and service fees will not be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience.
To return an order or product, first make sure that your product is eligible for return. Then, pack your product and make sure it is in its original condition, including all seals, tags, boxes, accessories or free gifts. Next, call us to arrange an appointment to come return the product at our Head Office. If you do not reside in Yangon, you will have to mail the product back to us.

After 7 days, your product(s) can no longer be returned. However, some products come with a warranty period and we may be able to refer you to the relevant service center to repair defects.

Shipping and delivery is free for orders above 20,000 Ks. For orders below 20,000 Ks, a shipping fee will apply:

2,500 Ks outside Yangon city area
For orders within Yangon, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. For orders outside Yangon, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. However, occasionally, factors out of our control may lead to longer delivery times than usual.
You can ask for your products to be shipped to another address in the same region or city if your order has not been delivered yet. If you wish to update the delivery address to a different region or city, you will have to cancel the original order and place a new one.
Of course! You may open the AnyMart package to inspect the contents within. However, any sealed items in the contents should not be opened before acceptance of delivery.
You must not accept a package that is open or not sealed. If you accidentally accepted such a package, please contact us right away.
We will try again the next business day to send you your order. However, should you miss your delivery 3 times, your order will be cancelled.
